The VAANI Information Resource Center is an initiative led by VAANI, Deaf Children’s Foundation for parents, teachers, students, volunteers and hearing impaired individuals.

The objective of the digital center is to bring together educational strategies and materials to empower the growing deaf community with skills and attitudes that promote equality, dignity and respect.

Are you a parent?

Learn to better communicate with your hearing impaired child. Check out the “Parents” section for fun, environment based, everyday activities you can do with your child to make everyday conversations more interesting. Resources are available in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali and Kannada. You can watch videos, read and download resources and even print activity sheets to use with your child at home.
